WCCTC is one of four Regional Transportation Planning Committees (RTPCs) in Contra Costa County and represents the West Contra Costa County sub-area.
WCCTC Board meetings are usually held the 4th Friday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
WCCTC Technical Advisory Committee meetings are usually held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Bike to Wherever/Work Day will be May 15. You can find enegizer stations all over West County, including Richmond, San Pablo, El Cerrito, and Pinole. You can find the stations closest to you or on your commute using the station map. Don't forget to Pledge to Ride!
The Richmond Parkway Transportation Plan is available for viewing online! The WCCTC Board adopted the Plan on February 28, 2025. The West Contra Costa Transportation Advisory Committee (WCCTAC) has changed its name to West Contra Costa Transportation Commission (WCCTC) to provide greater clarity to the public and to our organizational partners.
